What was the highlight of Pa-Lao-Yu Dive Resort

Good Diving Experience and nice location (close to El Nido town - 50P by tricycle)

Rooms were spacious and air conditioning was effective. Good diving company with good boat, equipment and dive staff.

Water pressure was very low. Curtains in the bathrooms (stayed in two different rooms at different times) were dirty and had mildew. WiFi was upgraded whilst I was there and although improved still not very fast.

Worry free stay

It has everything, free “GOOD” breakfast, unli water coffee and tea, heater, big rooms, water pressure looks likely a water jet, I really like the bathroom very clean and new (it’s even more class than most bathroom in El nido with higher price) and very very nice staff.

Terrible

Only one plus: the shower

No view: our room was one meter from the wall of the neighbour building. Staff was not friendly and helpfull. Terrible breakfast. The PRICE of this room is MUCH TOO HIGH. Hotel is situated along a noisy road. We had a reservation for two nights. However we did not get our money back we left after one night to another hotel in El Nido which was a very good choise.

Very FRIENDLY personal! Best divemasters! Great location! Not in the citycenter bcs you dont want stay there! nice calm place with many restaurants around! :) we enjoyed our stay like we were at home! Thank you!!

The room was very clean and the access to the beach was very...

The room was very clean and the access to the beach was very close.

Would have been better if there was TV inside the room and wifi signal, to keep guests entertained on rainy days.

Staff was accommodating.

Karaoke near resort. Very noisy at night. No tv or other form of entertainment which makes it boring when staying at the resort.

They told me to come back at 2pm for check in, but when I got back the receptionist had gone to the bank and I had to wait 20 for someone to get back and check me in.

Not good even for overnight stay

Its close to the centre, they provide towels, shower gel, breakfast

The personal is lying on the sofa and dont care much about guest. There was no water in the evening so we could not have a shower. In the morning to have a breakfast we ask for one extra bread but they said yes but went back to lie down on the sofa and playing with the mobile. I didnt enjoy the stay at all.

Great location with everything we needed. Free breakfast exceeded my expectations!

Although it wasn't always available, they had lamayo on their menu!

There was something wrong with the mirror in our bathroom...like the surface was scratched in multiple parts. It was still functional, for sure, but it just made the whole place feel a little less...hospitable.
